In-Home Therapy
In-Home Therapy is a program of the Child & Family Outpatient Division. This voluntary service is reimbursable through Medicaid/ MassHealth, and is designed for families with children under 5 who are experiencing difficulty due to a mental health condition in the home. A primary goal of the program is to support families in adopting strategies and interventions that enable them to work together positively to manage or avert a crisis so the family can remain together. Families enrolled in the program are assigned to a team who helps families identify goals and measurable objectives and discuss how to achieve them. In-Home Therapy teams are available in Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
