As a Clinical Residential Service Coordinator you will be the Management Supervisor providing administrative and clinical oversight, guidance and supervision to the ICGLE/ IMGLE in the Adult Community Clinical Services. The Clinical Residential Service Coordinator, a licensed clinician, reports to the Director of Residential Services for Administrative supervision and to the Senior Director of ACCS for Clinical guidance. The Clinical Residential Service Coordinator leads the Residential Program Director and staff efforts in the engagement, assessment and treatment planning process for persons living in the ICGLE/ IMGLE.

We are offering a $300 sign on bonus for this position.

Expectations of the role:

  • Engage people and partner with them to improve their health and wellness
  • Assist people with psychiatric and substance use disorders to identify personal priorities, preferences, strengths, and interests
  • Responsible for the approval and submission of all forms (ex. timesheets, agency agreements, policy sign-offs) and training of internal agency procedures for all supervisees.
  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision to the clinical coordinators and clinical supervision of other staff
  • Actively participates in the agency Quality Enhancement Processes, ensures use of QE information in the identification of issues, and development of solutions and plans in response to those issues.
  • Function as a primary liaison with community resources
  • Provide on-call responsibilities including on evenings and weekends in rotation with other clinical staff.
  • Audit confidential charts and MAP and Rep-Payee documentation for completeness and for quality.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled, ongoing utilization management review processes to insure that all people are receiving individualized, flexible services that meet their immediate rehabilitation and recovery needs.
  • Assist with hiring staff in the ICGLE/ IMGLE.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Clinical Residential Coordinator/ Director of Residential Services.

What you’ll need:

Education/Licensure: LPHA licensure required: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADC1, M.D., R.N., Registered Occupational Therapist or licensed Psychologist.

Experience: At least 6 years experience in the provision of clinical or rehabilitative services to adults with chronic and persistent mental health issues and substance use disorders preferred. At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Skills: Must have a Driver’s license.  Must be MAP certified with five months of hire.  Must complete CPR/First Aid certification during orientation.

We are seeking full time Clinical Coordinator for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program. As the Clinical Coordinator, you will lead a team and provide care management for the person engaged in services. The Clinical Coordinator will use interventions to provide person-centered assessments, service planning, and coordination of care.

We are currently offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for this position.

The ACCS Program uses clinical and evidence based practices to uncover motivation while working with people to establish meaningful treatment plans and cultivate recovery. Each individual in the program is assigned a primary clinician and works with an integrated team composed of licensed clinicians, peer/recovery specialists and others to meet their individual needs. This position requires excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills and the ability to work independently in the community. Extensive training is provided and ongoing training is available and encouraged.

The Clinical Coordinator provides community-based support to people with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders living in a residential home or an individual living arrangement. The Clinical Coordinator will meet with clients frequently and assure all clinical needs are assessed and coordinated across the system.

Expectations of the role:

  • Provides team leadership, clinical supervision and guidance to direct care staff.
  • Collaborating with outpatient clinic providers and BH CP.
  • Identifying the skills a client needs to live independently (cooking, paying bills, cleaning).
  • Setting life goals in school, work, health, and relationships.
  • Teaching strategies for symptom management.
  • Engaging with family to assist them in supporting the client as they develop those skills.
  • Organize and lead individual and group social activities that structure each persons time, increase social experiences, and provide opportunities to practice social skills.

What you’ll need:

  • Education/Licensure: LPHA designation that is recognized under Massachusetts law is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the provision of clinical or rehabilitative services to adults with chronic and persistent mental health issues and/or substance use disorders preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be MAP certified and CPR/1st aide certified within the first three months of hire (training provided)

The Assistant Program Director assists the Residential Program Director in the administrative and clinical leadership of the ICGLE. The Assistant Program Director, a licensed clinician, reports to the Residential  Program Director and under his (her) supervision, helps lead the program’s efforts in the engagement, assessment and treatment planning process for persons living in the ICGLE. The Assistant Residential Program Director also provides clinical supervision and direction for staff members.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 12p-8p

Expectations of the Role:

  •  Under clinical and administrative supervision and guidance from the Residential Program Director, the Residential Assistant Program Director assists in the management of staffs’ efforts to engage people and partner with them to improve their health and wellness, achieve symptom stabilization and self-management, develop and/or restore skills impacted by mental illness and live a self-directed life.
  •  Assist people with psychiatric and substance use disorders to identify personal priorities, preferences, strengths, and interests in order to help them establish goals that support a life in recovery.
    Instill hope by engaging in positive interactions that promote recovery and empowerment.
  •  Collaborate with persons to help them to write goals with specific action steps in order to develop effective treatment/rehabilitation recovery plans.
  •  Participate in the development and implementation of Safety Plans and Crisis Prevention and Response Plans in order to help prevent and mitigate risk factors.
  • Use evidence based practices including motivational interviewing as directed by clinical supervisors.
  •  Advocate that persons need to make informed choices to further their own recovery.
  •  Assist in provision of skill building interventions that help move a person on to the most independent setting or level of care.
  •  Advocate for better access to public services and natural supports for persons in order to facilitate their recovery and full integration into the community.
  •  Assists the Residential Program Director in the hiring process for residential staff and helps the Residential Program Director ensure that all staff are properly oriented and are trained in all mandatory trainings.
  •  Provides clinical and administrative supervision to the Residential Support Specialists.
  •  All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

What you’ll need:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: In lieu of college degree, at least one year experience with population that has severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
  • Skills: Must have valid driver’s license. Must be MAP certified within five months of hire and complete CPR/First Aide within orientation period (all training/certification provided).

What you’ll do:
