NSCS’s Outpatient Counseling Centers provide specialized individual and group therapy as well as psychiatric services for youth and adults experiencing emotional difficulties, family struggles, mental illness, or other challenges to daily living.
With unprecedented access and specialization for the medical management of psychiatric disorders, we offer integrated care which targets the multiple causes of mental distress and offer interventions tailored to you, an employee or family member’s needs.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Outpatient Clinical Services
The Deaf Services Program at North Suffolk’s Freedom Trail Clinic provides fully accessible psychiatric and counseling services for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Our staff is culturally and linguistically competent and specializes in identifying and responding to the unique needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and those of Children of Deaf Adults. Our counselors can communicate in signed English, ASL, visual gestures as well as use of tactile sign. Interpreters are provided for clients meeting with Freedom Trail Clinic psychiatric providers. Priority access is given to community members in the Metro Boston Area.

Adult Outpatient Services
North Suffolk’s outpatient counseling centers provide adult outpatient services including individual, group, and family therapy, Psychiatric Day Treatment, psychiatry and crisis services. We serve individuals experiencing emotional difficulties, family struggles, mental illness, or other challenges to daily living that may be temporary or chronic. Services vary across our four locations and are offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Kreole, Vietnamese, Khmer (Cambodian), American Sign Language (ASL) and other languages.

Southeast Asian Services
North Suffolk’s two Southeast Asian Community Teams provide a range of services to members of the Vietnamese and Cambodian communities. Services include outpatient therapy (group, family and individual), medication services, day treatment, and crisis support services.
Cambodian Team
Therapy and psychiatry services are provided at our Revere Counseling Center at 265 Beach Street, Revere, MA 02151

Child Outpatient Services
North Suffolk offers individual and group therapy, psychiatry, and crisis services to youth aged 4-18. We support youth experiencing emotional difficulties, family struggles, mental illness, or other challenges to daily living. We aim to support both individual and family and encourage parent or guardian involvement to support their child’s progress.
