Kim Joyce

Kim has spent the majority of her career working in health care and human services, joining North Suffolk Community Services as the Chief Financial Officer in 2017. As CFO, she is responsible for the overall financial health and stability of the organization.

Prior to joining NSCS, Kim spent nearly 20 years as the CFO for Swampscott/Peabody-based Aviv Center for Living (previously known as the Jewish Rehab Center) managing the daily responsibilities of accounting, finance and IT, as well as multiple major construction projects. She also served as co-CEO for two years during the reorganization and transition after JRC was acquired by Chelsea Jewish Lifecare in 2014.

A native of Connecticut, she started her career as a hospital budget and reimbursement analyst in that state, before taking a position as a budget and reimbursement manager at a large senior care management group in Massachusetts.

Kim earned her Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business from Central Connecticut State University. She serves on the board of HAWC (Healing Abuse Working for Change), a domestic abuse organization on the North Shore.
