Our dynamic team of developmental educators and therapists build trusting relationships in partnership with families and caregivers to offer and model therapeutic strategies into daily routines.
The early intervention program provides in- home and community-based services to families at any one time. Early Intervention services are provided to infants and toddlers meeting state criteria of developmental delay or who have risk or delay due to environmental, medical and or biological factors. Using a family centered, community based, and culturally informed lens dedicated professionals help families feel successful in reaching child developmental milestones and improving family relationships.
Services include:
- Developmental assessment and evaluation of strengths and needs
- Service Coordination, with a primary EI Specialist assigned to each child/family
- Home-based services – developmental and family support services individualized to child and family
- Specialized Early Intervention (EI) services include:
- Infant Mental Health/Family Support
- Neonatal services for children born early or who present as medically fragile
- Developmental and family support services for children presenting on the autism spectrum
- Preschool Services Preschool Services are provided to children ages 3 to 6 years who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or identified with complex trauma. A staff of skilled and dedicated professionals trained in early childhood development, autism screening, communication tools and trauma treatment provide discreet, individualized therapies to children and their families.
