East Boston Family Engagement Network: Resources for parents
CAPIC/Community Action Programs, Inter-City : The mission of CAPIC is to identify and address the needs, problems and concerns of individuals and families through partnerships, advocacy and community engagement, helping empower them to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency. Includes the Chelsea Revere Family Network.
Financial Navigators : The Boston Office of Financial Empowerment’s Financial Navigator is providing guidance for those facing financial hardships due to COVID-19. Trained Financial Navigators provide detailed information on available resources and will work with you to create an action plan so you know what you need to do next. Clicking on this link will bring you to our Client form. After filling out the form and submitting, a Navigator will call you within 48 hours.
Health Chelsea: This is a community coalition focused on improving the overall health of Chelsea residents. It includes OurChelseaMA.org, a first-stop resource guide for the city.
Revere CARES : This coalition strengthens the health of Revere by addressing priorities established by community members; utilizing an environmental approach; advocating for evidence-based, culturally competent strategies, programs and services; and increasing connectedness among individuals and organizations.
