North Suffolk’s counseling centers provide individual, group and family therapy as well as psychiatric and medication services. We serve adults with emotional difficulties, family problems, psychiatric illness, struggles with addiction and other challenges to daily living. Services are varied across our four locations and are offered in English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Khmer (Cambodian).

What you’ll need:

The Care Navigator educates and supports individuals during intake with accessing community resources, assists with intake documentation and requirements, and provides engagement outreach.  The Care Navigator is a liaison with family, care providers, natural supports and recovery coaches.
