Meridian House

Meridian House is a structured residential, modified therapeutic community with more 35 years of experience treating adult men and women suffering from addiction.  All of the program activities are designed to produce therapeutic and educational change in the individuals.  The average length of stay is nine to twelve months. Residents gain the skills to maintain their sobriety and live successfully in the community.  Residents may also access all outpatient services, addictions psychiatry, and specialized services offered by our Noddles Island Addiction Services Department.
