This position requires excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills and the ability to work independently in the community. Extensive training is provided and ongoing training is available and encouraged. Peer specialists on the CBFS teams are supervised by an experienced peer specialist and receive regular opportunities to interact with a strong peer-driven work force.
