Relief Staff have the ability to set their own schedules based on their preference and availability, along with the freedom to work in many settings and locations. Able to work as many as 40 hours per week, Relief Staff have much earning potential, without the commitment to a set schedule. A driver’s license is preferred, but not required for Relief Staff. Relief is an excellent, and flexible, entry-level opportunity for students, or those with varying schedules, seeking to start a career in the Human Services field.
Responsible for the health, safety and quality of life of persons in a residential setting through the provision of person centered/recovery oriented interventions. Participate with persons with psychiatric disabilities, based on their needs, in self-help skills, activities of daily living, socialization, leisure time and community integration. Implement, teach, and assist individuals with IAP goals and objectives.
High school degree or GED required
Must be MAP certified, CPR/1st aide within five (5) months of hire.
Three Shifts Available:
|Overnight – 11pm-7am |
|Day – 7am-3pm |
|Evening – 3pm-11pm |
