The Clinical Manager for Child Outpatient (COP) is responsible for the overall management of clinical matters for COP. This role’s responsibilities include supervising and training clinical staff, investigating client grievances, interfacing with other providers, utilization review/management, and providing direct services to clients. As the Clinical Manager, you would be maintaining quality of care and participating in planning, redesign, and development of COP program as required to meet the needs of the community, NSMHA Board, or funding source requirements
Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines or closely related field: Clinical Psychology, Education – Counseling, Medicine, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Rehabilitative Counseling, or Social Work. LICSW license required or 5 years post LMHC A minimum of 2 years providing clinical supervision experience. Bilingual applicants, particularly Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
